I’m a freelance broadcaster and journalist.

I host The Times’ flagship podcast The Story and for the BBC World Service I present Weekend, Newsday and OS.

In January 2025 I released my podcast series The Pitcairn Trials, which investigates the small British territory in the South Pacific and its legacy of abuse.

I’ve presented shows on BBC Radio 4 including PM, The World at One, Broadcasting House, The World Tonight, Front Row, Any Questions and Saturday Live. For two years I was a Breakfast presenter on Times Radio.

I am a very experienced daily news journalist who has reported live, filed packages, interviewed cabinet and shadow cabinet ministers, Oscar-winners, union bosses, top covid scientists, refugees and more.

I’ve presented for Sky Arts, National Theatre Live and written for The Times, The Sunday Times and Daily Mail.
